Nina Zippay is the owner and operator of Radical Cooks. She is a teacher, writer, chef, and entrepreneur whose work blends education, food, and community impact.
After earning an MBA with a leadership and sustainability focus from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, she launched two education-focused ventures, including Radical Cooks — a cooking school for adults and children that emphasizes plant-based, healthy cooking (yes, including desserts!). Her Radical Cooks’ children’s series uses hands-on, experiential lessons to build self-reliance while weaving in science, art, history, and geography.
In 2022 she published her first cookbook, Pots, Pans, and Passports: Recipes to Take You Around the World, available through the Radical Cooks website and Amazon.
