James Rojas is an urban planner, community engagement specialist, creator of the Place It! interactive planning method, and co-author of Dream Play Build: Hands-on Community Engagement for Enduring Spaces and Places. He has over 20 years of experience leading play-based workshops and is an internationally recognized expert in Latino Urbanism. He is a co-author of Dream Play Build and developed Tracks to Build To, a multisensory engagement experience combining music/DJing with hands-on model-building to help communities reimagine urban spaces, parks, and sustainable infrastructure.
